What: Group training designed to improve your strength, power, speed, and conditioning to improve your athletic performance. There will also be four presentations on nutrition, injury prevention, training, and scholarships available to all participants, parents of participants, and coaches of participants.
When: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:30pm-5:00pm starting 12/20 and going through 12/30. Thursday’s will be field work at ECS and the presentation will be afterward from 5:00-6:00pm.
Who: All middle school, high school, and college athletes looking to improve their on field performance.
