Matt Hartford

Matt has lived in Memphis his entire life and has been a personal trainer for five years.  Growing up playing sports, Matt has always been fascinated with the science behind getting bigger, stronger and faster.  This fascination led to pursuing his bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of Memphis.  Matt is constantly learning and improving as both an athlete and a coach and is very excited to join the NBS team.
