This month’s exercise of the month is Kneeling T-Bar Press with rotation. I normally incorporate this exercise into most of my clients’ programs, due to the many ways this exercise can be performed.This exercise is excellent for building upper body strength, while training rotation and anti-rotation. It’s important that the lifter keep a neutral posture and doesn’t go into extension (arching of the lower back) when preforming the pressing motion.
