-Front Squats 4×1 @ 365 (I was a puss, should have done more)
-Deads off 5 mats opposite stance (conventional for me) 4×1 @ 545 too slow
– Reverse Hypers
– 45 Deg. Banded Hypers
– partner planks
– Reverse Crunches
