Stephanie was raised in Gallatin, TN and spent most of her early years playing competitive basketball and softball. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies, and has a background in counseling and social work.
She moved to the Memphis region with her husband, Logan, to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UTHSC. He is currently a physical therapist and Regional Vice President for Results Physiotherapy. They have two children: Cooper and Summer. Cooper is an avid soccer player and Summer is a competitive gymnast with Team Sega.
Stephanie is a certified AFAA Group Fitness instructor and has worked in the industry for over 7 years. Always having an interest in the CrossFit culture, she joined the NBS team to deepen her career as a coach and personal trainer. The values of NBS match her mission to provide member value and connection, career growth opportunities, and a cohesive environment for members and team members to thrive in their strongest life.
