Ryan first started his fitness journey at the University of Memphis where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Pre-Health. He started working at NBS in 2016 where he learned from some of the brightest minds in strength and conditioning and combined his love for athletics and his passion for golf to create a truly unique experience for golf athletes. Ryan is the most sought after strength coach for golfers in all of the mid south, having worked with everything from high school players to professionals. Ryan is known for his ability to improve his clients’ golf game while reducing their risk for injury and works with general fitness clients looking to improve their fitness and functionality as well.
