Adam Ross

Adam became interested in physical fitness while preparing to join the Marine Corps in 2009. After four years on active duty he came to Memphis where he got a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Memphis.

He has been a part of the University of Memphis Strength Staff for Olympic Sports and has worked with men’s basketball, baseball, softball, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, and track.

Adam works with many different clients including sport athletes looking to improve their performance, tactical athletes, and everyday folks seeking improvements in overall health and fitness.
