It’s a new year and time to get back on track. Yayyy, right? Not so fast. It doesn’t mean you have to give up all things tasty and eat only chicken, broccoli, and rice. I wanted to provide for you today something that can ease the transition from ciders, hams, and dressings to your normal routine with this fun recipe: protein cookie dough.
I have fond memories of eating cookie dough out of the bowl when I was a child, with my mom fighting my sister and I off to wait until they were baked. But with this recipe, you don’t have to wait for it to bake, and make some gains in the process.
