Our program is a coach led, group training program that focuses on developing fitness through a broad range of physical capacities. We use the group setting to make our classes fun, challenging, and to develop a community to help our members stay accountable and motivated. Our CrossFit classes have people of all age ranges and experience levels. We scale exercise and intensity based off of each individual’s abilities and we coach our members to reach new levels of health and fitness.
Before starting your CrossFit journey in our group classes we want to introduce you to the common CrossFit and basic barbell movements. Our OnRamp consists of (6) 1 on 1 personal training sessions to teach you the techniques and methodologies that are used in the group classes. These sessions are designed to help you transition easily and safely into the CrossFit group classes.
